Safe Scents originally began as a small candle making venture. Our focus began to shift, almost immediately, toward creating the healthiest candles possible. We were driven!
During this research process we became increasingly aware of the need to improve our personal buying choices. This quest for knowledge manifested into the growing product line we now carry. We are truly a COMPANY with a CONSCIENCE. As two Moms, we will only sell items that we feel safe using in our own homes.
It is our mission to provide consumers with natural alternatives to the “typical” household products we encounter daily.

Why Natural Fragrance?
Most fragrance oils are petroleum based and contain toxic chemicals and known carcinogens. Fragrances can cause allergic reactions, trigger migraine headaches and asthma attacks. A safe alternative is to use essential oils that are naturally derived from plant materials.
